Need to span a big space - idea here

From the custom build house going up next door. The area spanned is 22~24' (varies along back wall) by 32'. It's a clear span that will cover their living and dining room. It's a 10' ceiling with no vault. The "truss" runs are 2x12 with the OSB sandwiched in there and the side joists are 2x6.

Pretty much how it's done. I'd block every joist bay, though. It's not pressure blocking left open every other one. Joists twist over time, especially in that soon to be hot attic space.
