Picked up this bar with screw in hook on one end. Only marking is pat applied for. I have no idea what it is or used for
Also picked this wrench marked Sea Hawk. Never saw this marking before
Any help would be appreciated.

There was a 41-b gmtk 1/2” breaker bar in the large group of tools.
Just mentioning Incase it might be a clue.

Drum brake spring removal tool.
After doing thousands of brake jobs I knew I'd seen it before..lol

IIRC it was designed to remove the spring at the adjuster. After pulling one shoe at a time out of the wheel cylinder, I usually remove the shoes with the adjuster and spring still installed, then I simply let the other end of the shoes come together. This releases pressure on the spring so you can remove it by hand.
