Hi everyone, I'm building a work area for my wife for her seasonal sewing projects and need some help and direction. The area I have is 9' x 7' with the 9 foot side adjacent to a 8' sliding door. So I would like the table to have a top bar door I can flip open so she can walk into her work area. I would make it so she has shelves too, but not drawers (since I have never done them and don't have the right tools like a table saw or router). Also please recommend a table top, the plywood would damage the fabric and so I would need something else.
