I'm trying to ID (and get a ballpark value for) this vise. The ones I've seen pictures of on this site have more of a 'ball' shape where the jaw rides on the screw. This one has more of a cylindrical shape.

The jaws are 4" wide, the base swivels, and the jaws move very smoothly.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Looks like a newer Wilton bullet. The older ones were more bulbous
If you remove the dynamic jaw (without dropping it on your foot), most have the date stamped on the key that runs along the bottom.

Assuming the jaws are in decent shape and there's no cracks or repairs, It's probably worth $100-$150.

Its definitely Wilton's current generation machinist vise. My guess its is maybe mid/late 70's, just maybe even early 80's. Definitely $100+. Well built vise.
