Need your help!! Lighting for 60x100x18 Shop/Apt

My DH and I are building an 80x100x18 shop/apartment. The apartment is 60x20 and the shop is 60x80, my DH wants to start out with cheap minimal lighting in our shop but I would very much like to surprise him on Valentines day with a better quality and quanity of lights. I am considering the following lights with three in each of the four bays, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am not sure. Thanks for all your anticipated help

FYI, I have a 30'x40' shop and I think I have 10 fixtures.

Call your local electrical supply house. Tell them you're interested in purchasing a lighting package from them but you'd like a lighting rep to go over your plan.

This way there are no mistakes, it puts all the responsibility on the lighting rep. They have the software to determine the best lighting layout for your needs.

Thanks I will check locally and see if we have someone like that. I think a good option will be to call the site of the lights I have found and discuss with them.
