Needing some information today.

I never know what I will come across in my many tool searches and as it just so happens today I found a wrench that I think (key word here) is of Chinese origins but I am not sure about that?

Anyhow I do not even know which is right side up or the other way around so I have taken several pictures of all the symbols and letters, could someone point me in the right direction and please tell me the company that made the wrench in question.

That looks more like Korean to me, but not sure.

It matters for several reasons...
(1) I can link it to my old post of makers marks and it will help others in the future to which manufacture made it.
(2) Knowledge is power.
(3) learning something new everyday is the key to growth.
