What kind of tip do I need to grease these lift pulleys axles?

I know it's a needle type, but I don't want to get the ones that is far slipping into a ball joint boot.

I saw one with the rubber tip that I think will work. What do you think?
The Lincoln version is over $30!

If you have done something similar maintenance, where is the injected grease supposed to exit? there isn't much of space between pulley and framing so I am not sure what to look for.

You are correct that you do not want the "hypodermic" needle type that goes under a boot.
The needle you want is a metal cone tip. The Lincoln one is under ten bucks:

If you're using it with a dedicated grease gun, then you'll want something like that.
Otherwise, I'd get one with a zerk on the back that I could click onto my regular grease gun:

Cheapest option for rare use would be something like this:

Or, if you prefer the angled style:

I own something like this for bicycle lubrication:

Its nice, because you screw the tube of grease right into it.
