So i am probably going to explain this terribly, and there is probably something in existence already that is more capable, but i had to ask if anyone has anything better than the link below.

I was working on what i will call a capture nut, inside a enclosed portion of fender trying to fix a ground. I couldn't fit my hand or fingers for that matter in to the enclosure tohold the capture nut tight enough to wrench. I had to resort to contortionist and some homemade measure just got me wondering if there any pliers that have a bend back on themselves at more than a 90 degree angle.

Here is a product i saw when googling, but the jaw almost appear too long. Any thoughts suggestions or other sets you all might know of?

You may have to make the tool you need or modify an existing one. If tool linked above has jaws to long, grind them to the length that you need. To me a tool is the basic stock to be modified into what will get the job done.

I must not be understanding what you're looking for. Those pliers don't do what I would consider to be a 90° bend backward. I, too, would be making or modifying a tool for the job. Typically, though, captive fasteners don't need a tool to hold them in place. I can see in some cases where rust has taken its toll where it might be necessary to do so to get it apart but if that was required, I would replace it with a new fastener before reassembly so that it's not necessary going back together
