Needle Scaler Warp?

I would like to use a needle scaler to remove paint from a cast iron wood jointer. If I use it on all the cast iron surfaces except the machined top surfaces, is there any risk of warping the jointer tables?

Should be fine. I have a needle gun and use it quite often to clean up old farm equipment.
