I originally had in mind a poured self leveling coating etc which is a 3-4 step process however the prices i am getting are from 8-12 per square foot. I have 1800+ sqft and I am leasing a commercial space for my cars and to wrench and honestly had no intentions of spending that kind of dough unless it was property i own.

i want a high gloss white finished floor. the concrete slab is decent , has some cracks and I might just U Coat it but i need to factor in material cost. Last U Coat is job i did required 3 times the amount and was way over budget in my home. When I ground polished the concrete at home it made the slab absorb so much of the coating that it required 3 full applications to make it even. I am just trying to avoid committing to this and in the end spend way more than i every expected.
