Purchased a set of Snap-on 3/8 drive sockets from TCM on September 15th i paid Via Paypal - Member said he would ship the following week as he was busy that week - Not a problem. During this time i bought many many more tools - Realized in the middle of October that i still did not receive, Sent him several Pm's and a few emails ......No Response. I filed a Paypal Dispute but it is well past the 45 days. Noticed he hasnt been on sence i sent him the money.

My first bad transaction here after over 30 great transactions..

Well.. I hope it works out, I know Personally ive sent some stuff to Canada and almost gave up on it getting there and then all of a sudden ****... It shows up. Im assuming that he never marked it as shipped via Paypal? Priority can be tracked (Somewhat) thru the customs number now. It doesnt sound good that he hasnt showed up since your transaction but maybe something happened to him.

$75, Not a crazy amount of money but it is just dissapointing not to receive and looks like no way to get the money back. Its not marked as shipped and i didnt receive a tracking number.. Either something happened to the seller OR he took my money.

x2. Credit card charges can be disputed up to six months. If you do a lot of business on Paypal you can push them. If you don't you're probably out of luck.

These were sent out USPS priority SFRB and i had to fill out the customs form and what not. It was not an issue on my end at all. I shipped them to the address i was given via PayPal?

AND IT WAS 64.00 USD

Track the Package by using the customs number. Did you print the postage via Paypal?

i got it at the post office. I will dig through my paperwork after work i generally save all of my post office stuff. It's just super frustrating because i put confirmation on everything i ship in the lower 48 because that .85 cents saves me a lot of headaches...

it also kills me because he sent me 1 pm due to late shipping which i replied to explaining i threw in a couple extra new snappy sockets and was late sending it out because i simply didn't do it in a timely manor. I didn't get any emails and heard nothing via paypal. This deal was months ago...

There is No Delivery Confirmation for Canada Shipments, Its priced into Priority via the Customs form IRC. Its a Good idea to Keep all paperwork when sitsuations like this arise, Paypal Disputes are fairly cut and dry in regards to Delivered packages, No Customs Number to document the package was delivered and you will lose any and all disputes. I hope you 2 can work it out..

I hope this works out guys but my two cents,

I really believe you should pull down his personal information and keep that in PM's. The OP didn't post any personal information and I don't believe posting his in the open is a good way to go about it. Just my two cents and good luck on the package.

TCM,

I sent you 1 PM .... You were not on this website for 2 Months - If i sent you 100 PM's would that make a difference to when you responded - NO, Think about that... Sending you countless PM's is harrasment and was not called for. I didnt send you a nasty PM = Simply said I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. You were not Logged in here for 2 Months - What did you expect me to do but only leave NEGATIVE feedback for our transaction. Put yourself in my shoes - I emailed the Paypal address you gave me Twice.

HERE IS A COPY OF THE PM I RECEIVE 3 DAYS Short of 2 Months sence from paying for the sockets and hearing from Member TCM:

"Hey Aaron i sent them out a couple weeks too late. I hope you got them in good condition, i threw in another 10mm that had been used a couple times, and a brand new 12pt 13mm to make up for the delay. I've been really busy at work and simply didn't make it to the post office because of my hours and working saturday. Anyway i'm thinking you should have gotten them a week or so ago. Hope they made it to you sefely, TC..."

-- I paid you Exactly when you sent your Paypal address... What more could i have done but filed a paypal dispute within the time limit?

PS: Thanks for the Nasty PM - Im more of a man Not to post it or get pissed off. Even if it was $63.00 its the consept of not receiving and not hearing from you for just short of 2 months.

UPDATE

My father called yesterday and the sockets arrived Yesterday... That is 2 months and 1.5 weeks after i paid for the item. I received the item as described - Just the aspect of time it took him to send the item and having zero contact with him is the reason why i am leaving negative feedback.

Thanks.

If it takes a seller 1 month to ship. He deserves Neg Feedback. If you have time to sell it you have time to ship it unless you are in a coma or dead.

Exactly, don't sell something if you can't send it in a reasonable amount of time.
