NEIKO tools 90* pliers?

I know this brand is labeled as "NEIKO USA" even tho the stuff is made in China or Taiwan......that's not what I am questioning

I just want to know if anyone has a set of these pliers or similar pliers and if they like them
I own a pair of long snap on straight and 45* pliers and love them but they are very pricey. I don't find myself ever really needing a pair of 90* ones but once in a blue moon so I don't feel I need another snap on pair.

I have a set of the pistol grip pliers from them. I was doing the same thing, buy them and try them before spending a ton of money. Take a look at the jaws before you buy them. I had to sift through 5 pliers before I found one where the jaws were proper, other than that I have been satisfied.

I wouldnt do ebay. The jaws are too hit and miss.

i just bought a couple HF pairs.. i have never needed them to do anything so precise or delicate that called for anything better.. it was usually just holding paper towels or rags to clean an engine up, or move a wire around.. they were cheap, and they work.. just my opinion..

Used this kind to take off spring hose clamp on 3/8 coolant hose tucked somewhere. The ears of the clamp was facing down or some weird angle.

It doesn't need to be precise or strong, but you will find use for them in some situations.

Yeah honestly the only time I ever really had a use for them was those spring clamps. The other day doing a radiator on a 2002 civic they would of worked great for the trans lines going into the bottom of the rad.
I still may order a pair

I have a HF pair and some other brand pair. I use them installing and removing anti-rattle clips on brakes more than anything else. The HF pair has held up fine.

I seen the harbor freight ones but they didn't fare to well on reviews online

Swung by advance this morning and they had a pair of Chinese made auto craft ones. They were 11 bucks but the jaws come together nicely and they are nickel coated so those 2 features over the hf ones made me say screw it and buy them. The hf ones are only 4 bux but advance is a lot closer to my house aswell
