From what I've seen they're many of the same import tools you'll see branded under Sunex, Pittsburgh and others.

I think Neiko is just a marketing company and brand name.

ya what he said...ive used a few of their things just because they are cheap enough to buy another if they break.

The reason I ask is they have a 3/8 locking socket extension set that Im interested in but at the same time I'm not wanting to have one of these things break and send me on an unexpected uncontrolled flight across the garage. Just wondering about the tools rep out in the field???

I had their jumbo combination wrench sets metric/sae. they were good quality for the price, they got me through a few projects (diy). The fit was a little sloppy, but I did not have issues. They were all manufactured in China. While the combo wrenches worked for me I don't know that i'd trust locking extensions to last too long, I have some cheap locking extensions (husky) and they drive me nuts, either not locking or holding sockets at all, or not releasing, definitely worth an extra investment. When mine work they are a life saver.

After checking these out their Pro locking extension set does not look that bad, especially at $13.99 on Amazon, but I think I would still invest in something better.

oops I think that was for the 1/4" set, 3/8 is $24

I have a 80 piece set of their router bits. I thought they would be cheap, but I wanted to get a large assortment and just replace the ones I used frequently with higher quality bits. I was shocked at how good the quality was. After I lent them to a friend (Freud snob) for a weekend he went out and bought the same set.

I use a set of their metric combination wrenches quite often, no problems. sadly I grab them over the craftsman, snap on, sk, etc since they're the only set in the shop that's organized so I can just grab the whole set. I haven't broken any yet or rounded off any bolts so I'll keep reaching for them.
