Neiko Wrenches?

I have never heard of them before today but are these worth having?

I already emailed the guy I figured why not for $25. But I don't really know what I am getting. A brief internet search pulled up neiko tools but not these same wrenches.

I refuse to purchase anything from nieko usa. Their name is intentionally miss leading and everyone of their tools I have seen is HF quality chinese garbage at 2-3x the HF price.
