NEOGARD Urethane any good

I have aquired 15 gallons of industrial NEOGARD Urethane R 7442 for my garage floor and wanted to know is this a good product? It's indutrial grade. http://www.neogard.com/Flooring.htm

I was told to roll this stuff on and use two coats. One coat spinkled with sand for non skid (I preffer a smooth finish but don't want to slip if it ever gets wet) and a top coat


Luckydevil its a standard 3 car garage but my Buddy hooked me up with more than I needed

I was also told to seal the cracks if the they are larger than 1/8th bulider says no need to grind out the cracks just remove loose stuff. My Buddy says to grind the cracks. What's right? I think the grinder will remove all lose stuff and provide a good working surface.

Hair line... cracks ignore them?

I did a GOOGLE search using the word NEOGARD and found all sorts of sources with great info about their extensive product lines for pool decking, roofing, flooring etc. Sure impressive.. Hope it's not too much over my budget limit for flooring!
