Nepros Availability in Australia

Hello Guys and Girls

I have heard many great things about Nepros Tools, however having tried contacting Nepros directly they have failed to reply to emails regarding the availability of their tools.

FrankTools and Rakuten seem like possible options. But I am bit wary of from Rakuten due to issues of credit card fraud and shipping from FrankTools maybe too expensive as well as limited options from FrankTools.
