Never purchased anything from Nepros but I think I might have to make an order soon.
On November 5, 2012 I sent a message through their website asking when the new 90tooth ratchet would be available for sale on the North America website. Got a response the next day saying that it would be sometime in the new year.
Well a few minutes ago I got an unprompted response saying
Dear Sir,
Hello.
Regarding our new item of NBR390, we will sell on website soon.
We have just requested to re-new our website.
Please check in near time.
Thank you and best regards;
If you ask me that is top notch customer service to respond to an email 2 and a half months later following up on a question. I don't know of many companies besides mom and pop shops that pay that much attention
They'll defiantly be on the short list for my next purchase and from everything I've read they are top notch quality
