Neuropa Adjustable wrench?

Hello! I'm new here.
Thank you for accepting me to the forum.
I got a 5/8x10" adjustable wrench of this mark, Made in West-Germany.
Never heard about Neuropa brand, and would like to know more.
Also will appreciate estimation of the year of production.

Looks like the trademark was applied for in 1955 in an Australasian trade rag. Shows up in 1976 in a S African rag. 1950 appearance in a Kanji or Katakana book. All found in google books using

"neuropa" wrench
