Neutral and Ground on the same Lug in Panel

If I'm tight on how many available lugs, can I put from the same circuit, the ground and neutral on the same lug in the panel.

I am aware double stacking neutrals under 1 lug is a no-no.
What about the latter

No. Neutrals are to be by themselves one to a lug. Buy a ground bar and move some grounds to make space.

Another way is to combine 2 grounds in one hole, that's standard procedure for most electricians. You may be able to put 3 grounds in one hole if your panel label indicates it's legal.

If that still doesn't get you enough room, then I'd probably add a ground bar like Pattenp said.

NO. Dont combine a neutral with anything else in the same hole.

It can cause issues...just had to fix a panel that was incorrectly done like this.
