Hey Everyone Burn Out Bob here. I wuz told to get over here by the CEO & we all know they think best. I never thought I would be building another shop again as I just turned 85 on the 2nd day of Sept. To cut to the chase we sold out in Oregon & moved to Az. Not my idea but you go where the money goes right. I had a 30X40 shop with a rotary lube rack hoist & all the equipment one person would need but all that changed when Santa arrived with a pocket full of cash & you have 3 weeks to get out of Dodge. SHAZAM & BOOM we wuz gone & so were my tools & shop & lovely house on a 1 acre lot on a hill with a GREAT VIEW for as far as the eye could see. I kept my 3 cars tho & this is my dilemma as to where to park them.
The CEO built me a new shop for my B'day but not the size of my old shop so I am in the market for a hoist which I NEVER THOUGHT I would have to do.
I have since learned to never say never as you do not know what is just around the corner. The hits just keep on keeping on don't they.
Here I am @85 having to start my life over. I started the 34 roadster when I turned 80 & have just finished the engine rebuild in the picture, have had the yellow 34 5W for 15 years. The 32 roadster, I have had for damn near 20 years & have about 85,000 miles on it. Seems that every time we take a trip , when we get home the car needs to be redone.
