Wow, nice set up. Looks like you know how to paint too. I knew the paint project was going to include an Import when I saw the Greddy and Neuspeed stckers on the tool box! Wish I lived closer to you. I need my bumpers and skirts resprayed on my 98 Integra GSR.

Great idea. I may just have to steal that from you. ;) Silly question but I've always wondered. Where does one get those part holders? The "tv tray stands"?

Is that a sin? :headscrat
Of course not. Now, not having either yourself..... that might be a different story. :D

CadyRidah,
I've thought of something similar, but thought there might be a problem with overspray drying on the plastic and the flaking off just when I didn't want it to. Of course I mostly spray lacquer on furniture and you know how fast that dries. Any problems with that?
I see you are in Beaverton, I'm down in Eugene, but I get up there once in a while. If you don't mind I'd like to see that setup sometime. I'd of course return the favor if you were interested. I've done a little car painting, but nothing like you. That car is gorgeous.

I change the plastic once and a while. It should be changed for every paint job but I haven't had problems reusing it. It works ok but i'd rather have a separate garage area just for painting. I'm no pro at painting, just do it as a hobby. I went to visit your website. Very nice shop and toys you got. You seem to be very knowledgeable in many things. You can come look at my garage if you want but all it is is a thin gauge angle iron screwed up to the ceiling and spring clamps holding the plastic to it. I buy rolls of 10'x100' and just cut it to size and clamp them up to the ceiling. I also use 4 20"x20" fans with furnace fliters on them. 2 blowing in and 2 sucking out. but yah, come check it out anytime. email me and i'll give you the address. [email protected]
