Never seen a Wilton like this?

Its smaller, maybe 3-4" jaws, and has a tilting body?

Quite common, I've had several, never found a good use for them. Maybe gunsmith, guitar maker, pattern maker, decoy maker, etc.????

Color me surprised that it took 4 responses (zkling you ol'dog) to finally bring up the 4" bullet in the back ground.

Yes, both these vices are up for auction. The funny thing is when this picture was taken you can see that the bullet has a some pretty nasty dirt/residue on it. I went to go inspect yesterday and they had cleaned it up and bathed it in silver rattle can paint.

So on top of the normally inflated prices the nuts pay around here for Wiltons, these will both likely go for high dollars?

I've had or have both, and sorry, I can't see the Wilton is anywhere near the same playing field as the Versa vise. The only resemblance is Wilton's attempt to make a tilting vise, and IMO, failing.

ps: Tarbellb, yours appears to be missing the jaw inserts (they came with 2 sets IIR), and the also had a pipe jaw insert that pined into the lower gap under the main jaw faces.
