ok.. we just purchased this home and it's got a nice 3 car garage that I will be using for my work space.

First thing I had to do was clean it, this was a short sale purchase so it was nasty. A few trips to the dump and then 4 gallons of Acid and the floors were pretty clean.

Then I ordered some Epoxy Coat from Christine, aka "Rugerlady" on here. Got 1.5 kits in biege. I was pretty nervous since this is the first time doing something like this, but it was pretty straight forward instructions and went on really easy.

I just started putting things in the garage after 3 days of drying. I really like the finished product, by far the nicest floor I have had.

Looks great.... roughly how many sq ft is your garage? We just bought an REO in Laquinta/Indio Indian Springs Country club. Presently looking at options on what to do with the garage floor prior to moving anything in.

the garage is 678 sq ft... right now everything is just thrown in there.. but since I just retired.. give me a few days and she'll be squared away enough to post more pictures..

knowing what i know now, i would have got two full kits and layed it on thicker.. but i love how it came out. It even makes the garage smell clean.. atleast for now.. lol

Thanks Christine, I love the product, a few of my friends have the rustoleum floor coating in theres, and this is waaaaaay better... much cleaner look and just by looking at it you can tell it's thicker...

i plan on building a shop in a few years and will be using this again!

Looks great! Good job!

I too just did a 3 car garage though I did paint the walls first knowing I would be grinding the floors. Adding vinyl baseboard added a nice touch too.

I used every bit of the 1.5 kits, not sure how many gallons it was.

No clear coat on this. It's still pretty shiney.

This is coming along, I got the walls painted this Sunday and I am starting to put things away.
