New 30 x 30 Shop

A year ago i bought my first house and it didnt have a garage. Im not sure why i guess everything else just worked so i figured i would build a shop later. Well a little over a year later i had saved up and decided to build a shop. I searched and hunted for deals and ideas for shops sizes, designs and prices. I finally landed on a company out of Neosho MO Garages and More and they seemend to know what they were doing. They quoted me 9 to 12 weeks to get to my shop but it could be sooner. Week 5 i called to see if they had put me on the schedule, this was thursday, she said they would be there the following tuesday, which was great but I still had some work to do. So here it is from the leveling of the land to the tree removal and many other thing i did on my days off to prepare for the building.

Tommorow they will install the electrical and all fixtures. But heres the next challenge in need you guys advice on, I had them put plastic under concrete for moisture barier and so beacause of that the water in the concrete has to rise out instead of seping through the gravel. My question is its 20 on an average here and the water isnt leaving at a high rate of speed, i have been running my diesel heaters to try to get all the water to come out, how long will i have to do this before i can finish, epoxy the floor?

Absolute minimum of 29 days. With lower temperatures I would add more time.
Moisture is the "enemy" to epoxy systems...
You can perform a moisture test by laying down a piece of 1 foot square plastic and tape it down around all edges for 24-36hours. When you pull it up and it is dry underneath, you can safely apply epoxy coatings. If its wet, allow more curing time.

What kind of insulation is that?

The insulation is low e it has an r11 factor I wasn't sure about it but from the inside it looks nice and it keeps it warm inside

Nice build. As long as it does not freeze a slow cure on your concrete is going to make it stronger and less likely to crack.

the building was on "special" for 9200 for a 30x30x8 with two 9x7 doors and walk trough door and a 4" slab on your level ground
i added insulation for 1800
a window for 200
electric parts cost 1300
250 to dig trench for electric
360 to wire electric
350 for two loads of gravel and thats as far as i have got.

Update
Went to HF on the 1st and got the 13 drawer tool box I'm impressed

I also put a new surface on the workbench and trimmed it with 1x6's

New organizers

Old cord reel that had a broken light, I plan to connect the battery charger in a stationary position and put alligator clips on the cord reel

You know, Lewis 306, it's OK to tell the folks about that shiny insulation. All of us on the GJ know the properies of tin foil in the protection of brain waves and keeping those pesky UFO guys from reading our thoughts.

I've tried to keep it a secret but sooner or later it all comes out, tonight i was using more insulation around the corner 6x6's, they stopes on all four corners and didn't attach the insulation to the pole so my brain waves are leaking out the corners and cold air is coming in. But on a lighter note after I finish the bud light Case I can use the cans for an improved and stylish helmet

I have since stained and sealed the floor and today started adding stuff.

Im definetly a fan of Fords and the Lightning is my baby only 32k, the fridge is the missing link, but if you look close there is ao cooler on the work bench that has the beer in it for now. Im not sure if i want a full size or mini fridge

Progress on new couch idea, I bought this notchback years ago, it had been rolled and caved in the roof and front in I used the engine and trans, but today I cut the back half off to make a couch
