New 30x40 Condo Shop

Just moving into my newly acquired 30X40 storage condo.

PO finished it about 75%...and did a pretty nice job of it. He built a mezzanine along the 40 ft wall about 9 ft out. It has a couple of rooms in the back and a nice work area toward the entrance under the mezzanine.

I just need to hang the tin ceiling, blow in the insulation, hang a heater and finish the drywall work around the mezzanine.

Great to be back in a proper shop and hoping to finally be able to make some progress on my hot rod build.

Mine has no hope of ever comparing to yours...

I actually have owned a 40 X 60 in this same development for many years. It was overtaken by my business and my cars were banished to rental storage for the last year or so. This one is just for the toys.
