We made a little road. The small shop is 30 X 40. It has a little 16 X 30 addn on the back that we paint in. Is has insulation A/C and heat. The new shop will not be insulated. I want a place to put the finished cars. We scraped down through the organic layer and then did about 10 loads of gravels. It packed real nice but tracked in the shop. So I got 4 more trucks of crushed asphalt, We packed that and hopefully it will be more stable. I have a little shed on the 30 x 40 building. That holds the compressor. It's a 10HP Saylor Beall 120 gallon tank. You can see my barn and small garage further out in the pic
