This is my first post on my new Home and Pole barn purchase. 
I'm excited as it's a blank slate and for this size it only has 2 electric outlet

Also what questions should I ask the current owner/builder about the floor/building etc. ?
I have the car hobby/passion and have plenty of my own projects to do inside.
