I looked at this today, the drawer locks are similar to the costco ones, but the box is about 4 to 5 inches deeper. All the deep drawers have double slides, they didn't have a price, so not sure how much of a deal it is. It looks like the 72 inch one that was reviewed here awhile back.

Questions about this 56" box:

What is the cheapest it has been seen selling for?

How much does it weigh without the drawers?

I want to build a steel workbench around this box and need to know if I need a pallet jack to mount it in the steel structure or if I can take the drawers out and put it in with 2 people?

Thanks

599.99. Finding the weight without the drawers isn't going to be easy. But id guess around 350 or so. Use the pallet jack. No reason to blow out someones back.

The lowest I've seen it is $ 699.00...

That's what my wife paid for my Christmas present...good lady, she is....

Use the pallet jack...back trouble, or a serious injury, from the box "slipping" and falling on someone, really would ****, and not in a GJ way...

At $ 699.00, this roller cabinet, is worth every penny...

You'd better check your workbench height, the 56"er is a little over 35" tall, without the castors...

I've had this box for a year and a half now. Very happy with it. Going to buy a second one for the other shop soon. I like that it doesnt come with a payment and I afford more tools to fill it up. Drives the Matco man crazy he doesn't own a piece of me.

It's not a bad box for the price, but there are too many deep drawers to suit my taste. It would be a lot nicer if HF would split at least one of those 6" deep drawers into shallower ones.
