New air chuck "LockNFlate"

From the guys that make the LockNLube tools. They now make a similar style air chuck that mimics the same mechinism as their LockNLube tools. Mine arrived and I used it when the TPMS light came on in my truck. It's not 100%. It takes a bit of wiggling to get it to make a 95% seal for inflation. But overall it works pretty well, and is a major step up from just about everything else out there. Pricey though.

Yeah, mine are about 20 and still work fine.

Sounds like a $50 solution looking for a problem. Is putting air in your tires that hard?

I've been pretty happy with it, doesn't leak and it doesn't pop off. Made my Astro inflator a lot less frustrating to use. Some valve stems might be more finicky to get a good connection, but once it's on there it stays on way better than anything else I've found.

Maybe it's not a big problem if you drive a compact, but large truck or tractor tires require a huge volume of air and can take several minutes just to add a few psi. Takes forever to reach 90psi from flat. If you have 4, 8 or even 18 more to do, that time is better spent multi tasking as it can really add up. Lot easier to just set the regulator, clip the hose on and walk away. The older I get, the harder filling tires seems to be.

That's a pretty specialized application. Filling up four wheels on my Camry isn't that challenging. Likely worth it for you but certainly not for me.

At that price, I'd expect a nicer handle and a push-on feature.

I finally got pissed off enough with the stock Euro lock on chuck on my inflator and bit the bullet and went with the LockNFlate. Like ********, its one of those "Why didnt I buy it 5 yrs ago!" kinda things (yeah I know theyre new ). Its REALLY that good. Brought a smile to my face which is pretty rare when trying out a new tool.


Only issues are that it is a little large if you have to get it into a tight space, like between spokes on a kids bike tire, but for normal tires its a non-issue. Its based on the design of the well respected LnL grease couplers so Im hoping it should hold up well (damn well better $$$)


It flows are super well. Locks on crazy tight and NO leaks at all. Just wish it wasnt $60. Thats a hell of a lot for an air coupler, but its worth it so far in lack of frustration.

Just got mine last week.

For hard to reach or off angle stuff you can use a ball chuck with a 1/4 npt to schrader valve fitting and the locknflate.

I've hated most tire chucks. Found these on Crapazon. It seals fully, sets and releases easily. I put it on my Milton inflator.

Safer too. I have a locking chuck on my Milton inflator so I can be behind a dozer blade while inflating heavy equipment tires.

I have the Jaco S2X inflator, and it works great with an easy on and off the valve stem.
