I installed my New Air G-73 5000W heater last week and wanted to share my impressions on it. I have a 20x20 attached garage that's insulated with R-11 in the walls and R-19 in the ceilings. My garage door and utility door are also insulated. I did alot of looking around before buying this heater. Based on the number of positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I purchesed it thru Air and Water. Their was a online cupon and free shipping so it cost me $208 delivered to my door.
It is very well made and arrived without any damage. It was a little smaller than I had imagined. The manual that it comes with leaves alot to be desired. It has no schematic and was not very well written. However if you know basic wiring you should be able to install it with out any problems.
It works GREAT!!! I don't keep it on all the time. When I got home today it was 30 degrees outside and just under 40 in my garage. I turned it on to about the middle setting on the t-stat and in about a half an hour it was just under 60 degrees. It only comes on for less that 5min every half hour or so to maintain the heat. I did find that putting a small oscilating fan on low in the opposite corner of the garage helps keep the air circulating and eliminates cold spots.
All in all I am very happy with it thus far.

I posted a similar review just last week. My garage is the same size as yours, and I was able to get it to almost 70 when it was 30 outside. Very compact and not too noisy.
