I dont have much Olsa stuff (yet) but i think that will change. It’s nice to have a tool company that makes an effort. When so many companies try to avoid interacting with customers, dont listen to customer’s needs and wants, and make returns and warranties difficult, it’s great to have Olsa bucking that trend.

I bought the red/black handle Olsa screwdriver set off of Amazon in 2019. I put a little too much torque on the 1/4” flat head and broke the tip. I inquired about getting a replacement (I was willing to pay for it), but unfortunately, they were no longer supplied.

This is my favorite screwdriver set. I really wish you guys would bring them back! By far the most comfortable handles of any screwdriver set I’ve tried! I would buy two more sets. One for me and one to gift to my Dad.

I've been very happy with the metric/standard set of slim wrenches. Most used is the 17mm one to hold the backside of a caliper slide pin while taking the caliper bolt off.

How about posting an online catalog and a website for us to buy from.

I've never heard of Olsa but I'd sure like to check them out!
Oh goodness.... They make some nice things. This link will get you to their website anyway.

I have some of their organizational products which have been very nice. My most recent acquisition from them was a set of flexhead stubby ratcheting metric wrenches. The wrenches are nice and it came with a nice storage container if I wanted to drop it into a a chest, but I opted to throw them in a tool roll. I've been waiting for them to have the SAE versions out for a while now. I expected them a couple months ago so I went ahead and just bought the snap-on version for SAE.

When I get around to doing another order from them I'll be getting a couple of these

I like their stubby ratcheting flex head wrenches well enough. How are they getting out? Trying some of their ratchets

And if you're wondering, they're very responsive good company to deal with. So check out their website. See if they have anything that piques your interest.

Thanks for the feedback; it's refreshing to hear that people are still enjoying that set. We have screwdrivers in our pipeline right now, but working on a better handle. It probably won't come out any time soon, though.

Glad you like them! I often use them for that too.

I forgot to mention that I recently purchased the 12pc. Olsa flex head ratcheting wrench set from Amazon.

Most of them are still new, but the few I’ve used so far have been fantastic. They came in handy replacing the cracked third brake light on our 2020 Malibu. IMG_6069.jpeg

@Olsa Tools are a lot of your products still for the Canada market only and unavailable here?

I don't recall specifics, but a couple times I've seen advertisements for a product, only to go to your site and it's unavailable for sale to ship to the USA.

I just picked up the 6 piece set of 2 row magnetic socket holders...I'm not entirely sure how I feel about them, the sizes don't line up well with the sets I have, so I have empties but at the same time sizes that didn't fit (ahem 15mm 1/4 drive). Build quality seems decent though, prices seem a smidge high for what they are though.

Nice! How are you liking those 6-point box ends? That's my favourite part of our ratcheting wrenches.

You were probably on olsatools.ca (our Canadian site). You can head to olsatools.com for the US site. Alternatively, there's a country selector at the top-right corner of the site that you can use.

Thanks for the support. We got some feedback on the socket fitment of our 2-row holders and implemented slightly larger holes to help accommodate all socket brands in our 3-row version.

I bet when I clicked the ad it took me to .CA and I didn't notice.

It's not the size, it's the oddball 4.5mm that most sets don't have and the really really tiny 1/8" that I've literally never seen that just don't make sense.

Or another way to look at it, you've designed for the most complete "master" sets in both your 2 and 3 row holders, with literally every socket option...what you don't make is a "normal" set that holds the usual sizes of most off the shelf kits (think kits from Gearwrench or Dewalt or Craftsman or Husky or whatever that have a general selection for home owners)...they usually don't go as big or as small at either end of every drive size.

I'm trying these out as I like the system (no rail to line up, or twist or anything odd), but honestly don't see them as my end game holders...unless I spend another $1000 to buy say the Gearwrench master sets in SAE and Metric, 6 point and 12 point, and fill in some shallows and deeps and mids.

I see what you're saying now. Appreciate that feedback! Will bring this to the team.

To rephrase, you want smaller sets that do not have spots for commonly skipped sockets.

I've had modularized wrench holders where you applied your own stickers to indicate the size and you just put in as many as you need

Never seen that for sockets though

I'm looking at your aluminum socket rails on Amazon. Are the end caps (I guess that's what you call them?) on the rails nice and tight? I bought similar rails years ago from another company and they slipped off and disappeared.

We have two different versions of our aluminum socket rails. The difference between them is the endcaps that they come with.

This version has rubber endcaps that are easy to slide off and put on. We recommend these to guys that need to constantly change their clip configuration since the endcaps easily slide off.

This version has plastic locking endcaps that are mechanically locked in place around the rail extrusion. To remove them, you need to use a small prying tool or flathead screwdriver and we recommend these to guys that don't need to change their clip configuration around that much. Here's a video of me showcasing how well the endcaps are locked into place with a complete 1/2" deep impact socket set on the rail.

Thank you!! I had no idea the locking end caps were a thing. Those are awesome!

Oh ****, I should have paid more attention to what was said here, I put my order in yesterday for the flexlight and didn't know the discount was available, I'll chalk that up to skipping my second cup of coffee that morning.

As far as I knew, looking endcaps were not available when I ordered my rails BITD on Amazon. Here's my solution.
