No real photos (Yet) as it was a late night loading session... Still in the truck as I am writing this!

I got a lightly used Birmingham YCL-1236GH All the Usual's 3&4 Jaw Chucks (4 Jaw believe is a Bison?), Steady Rest Follow Rest, Etc.
Microkinetics CNC kit W/ Steppers, Brackets, Belts Pullys, MN400E motion controller, Power Driver, Etc.. 98% of the Kit I would say! MicroKinetics CNC Lathes 1236 and 1340 - lathe, turning, machines -
Phase Quick Change Post Bunch of tool tool Holders.. Buy 250-222 Phase II Wedge Type Quick-Change Tool Posts from UseEnco

So what do I do? I think am going to build it! My fist CNC Build!

Any opinions? On the Equipment and advice on CNC conversion!

Was not hoping to land a 12X36 so i have to move everything around to make room for it! Plus get it out of the truck!

Thanks
