any suggestions on adding an deep 32' 3rd car stall to the garage?

outlets are pretty skimpy. 3 in the ceiling & 3 on the back walls for the total garage. i'm just a weekend auto warrior & don't need a ton of outlets like if i had a woodshop, but should probably add some more. i'd like to eventually put in a lift, as the ceilings will be 10' high.

insulating the entire garage would cost an addl ~$1K. not sure if it's worth it. it won't be climate controlled.

is painting the floor a good idea? i've heard that rolling tool cabinets around can often damage the paint.

just fishing for ideas before i get started.

First of all, if you are asking questions where climate will be a factor such as insulation, you should have your general location in your profile. It's impossible to give an intelligent answer when you could be living anywhere from Florida to Arizona to northern Alberta or even Australia or Europe.
As to electrical outlets, I think the minimum should be based on the length of the electrical cords on the tools you use. More is better and they are cheap.
Most full size lifts require a 12' ceiling so that should be a must unless you are planning to use something like a Max Jax.
