New auto shop 27 x 45

Just recently finish my auto shop. It is 27x45 which is still 1200 sp ft so it cost the same as a 30x40 but gave me more room on the end while still providing enough space for a couple of cars. I did all the work on the interior but had a local company put up the shell and foundation.

It includes

epoxy floor
Insulation
A/C and Heat
osb walls with texture and paint
lower skirt is plastic roofing
plumbed air ( 5 /8 copper )
John Bean tire changer and balancer
Max Jack lift
Sams Cabinets
Stereo , TV , Internet ( Klipsch RP-5 Speakers Denon amp )
Beer fridge

It is so nice to take the oil drain plug out and have the oil go straight into the bucket and not have the wind blow it just past it. Have it 70 inside while it is 30 outside. Not have to lay on your back to work on something. Not spend close to $100 to have my race tires changed or flipped. If you do not have a shop yet, make it a goal to get one.

The trusses are just welded to the 3x3 verticles in the walls. I framed up the walls with metal studs and then screwed the osb to them.

It is off of a WWI fighter. The guy came into east Texas to see his women one weekend and messed up the landing by hitting a stump.

Man, I wished I lived in Texas. BIL is in San Antonio so I can live vicariously once in a while.

Here you go. I textured it with a corn cob roller ( course ) from Home Depot. Skinned the osb with pre-mixed texture and then rolled it over with the texture roller.
