New auto shop hoist selection

I currently rent a shop for my one man auto repair business. I have recently bought ground and began construction on my new shop. What I will have is 3 bays, one being my “big truck bay” 12’ tall by 14’ wide door. In this bay I would like a single post in-ground hoist. My reasoning for this is I can use it for vehicles when not working on a large truck and can also use it for trailers and countless other things. My other 2 bays are 10x10 doors. In the middle bay I want a 2 post in ground lift and in the other bay either a 4 post above ground or a 2 post above ground or another 2 post in ground. What I am looking for help with is where to find an electric single post in ground lift, can’t seem to find one anywhere.

Also, the only thing I don’t like about the in ground 2 post as that the posts are too close together. Why are the post not further apart so nothing has to be driven over? This would also allow me to be able to lift a pickup truck cab. Is there a hoist built this way??

I would ideally like to end up with a 4 post lift in the last bay, if I can find a solution for lifting a cab. Any ideas?

Have a 14k rotary alignment special extra long drive on south of Chicago if your looking for an option. 11 years old, two air jacks. Can make you a great deal on it

The spo 12 hoists for a two post is your most versatile.

In grounds are great for cars but that’s about it....
