New Barn Siding leaks AIR

Problem,is Had New Pole Barn siding put up (Tyvac home with siding plastic) cover & the wind blows threw the siding,to blow wall insulation2" off wall.I've gone & caulked the waynes coating panel,top& bottom& all OH ,entry doors,but still a wind leak? Should I just take trim screws off,the wall& caulk/2 way tape the connection? Thanks![/B]

I had to take down the metal siding and sheet with 1/2 osb and cover with 30lb felt and put the metal back up.
Next time I will do that in the first place.
And bookshelf my perlins.
