Hi all, I have been lurking (and posting a couple of times) on here for about 4 weeks or so. I must admit my jaw has hit the floor quite a few times with the quality of sheds/garages/workshops you have and the skill and quality of workmanship involved. I have been having skills envy.

I am based in Brisbane Australia and married to the lovely Christine. I am right into muscle cars and rods and I have two projects on the go, a 1956 F100 and a 69 Mustang sportsroof. Space wise we have a two car garage attached to our house which is for the two weekly drive cars.

Out the back I have another shed that is about 12m x 6m. I am in the process of trying to do a bit of a revamp out there to reclaim some space and to set up a workshop of sorts. The major problem that I have is that would love to have a lift but I just don't have the roof height unfortunately.

Undoubtedly I will be pestering you all for advice as I stumble along trying to figure out what to do.

Pics of the humble shed (compared to some of what I have seen on here). In addition to this I have a double garage at the front of the house for our two week day drive cars.

Nice truck man - from a Canadian newbie who likes the same era of classic cars (my daily driver is a 69 Nova SS clone). I'd like to see pics of your 69, my cousin had a boss 429 back in the day.

If the scissors lift doesn't work out you could go old school and try an oil pit (which is basically a standing room basement with a plank roof that has an access hatch) unless of course you live on a rock! The oil pit is still used back in my old stamping grounds (Saskatchewan)
