We live in a rainy climate and the bottom panel of our garage door was in rough shape. I replaced the bottom board and panels. Thankfully the cable hardware is bolted to the vertical boards as well, so I didn't need to mess with any of the dangerous stuff.
The repair looks good and the door works better than it has in a decade. There's just one problem. The new bottom seal is thick and its interfering with the side seals.

Also looks like the top panel isn't able to get fully vertical.

Just looking for ideas, hoping to keep the new bottom seal. The garage is unheated so doesn't need to be perfect.
