New Britain / Husky ratchet pawl

Was wondering if anyone knows if there's somewhere I could get a pawl or a rebuild kit for a 3/8" Husky (New Britain) 45 tooth ratchet? Anyone have one kicking around from a ratchet body that is toast? I'm guessing it's as cost effective just to buy another ratchet, but I hate to scrap the ratchet if there's a way to keep it going...

Here's a picture of the pawl. As you can see, it's around 9/16" across. The problem I've had was that in forward it slips as soon as any reasonable amount of torque is applied. Doesn't slip in reverse. The leading teeth on the pawl appear just slightly worn.

I borrowed my father's similar ratchet, and swapped ratchet mechanisms. My pawl assembly doesn't seem to skip in his ratchets' body, and his pawl doesn't seem to skip in my ratchet, so it may be a combination of wear in both the pawl and the housing... but somehow I don't want to think it's at the end of its service life.

If you have access to a Mac tools or Matco Tools truck, it may be possible to get(buy) a kit from them as both companies had ratchets made by NB.

I have a Husky, Matco, and Mac. The guts are the same. The 3/8" drive Mac guts fit the Matco 1/2", the Matco's fit the Mac's.........except for the difference in height between the 3/8" and 1/2" bodies.
