New Build and Plans for Future Plumbing

I'm in the first stages of building a 30x50x14 pole barn and need some advice on plumbing. So far, all I have done is removed a couple of trees, the building won't go up for several more weeks.

I would like to have, at a minimum, a sink with hot and cold water, and possibly a toilet and shower added at some point later. My questions are:
  • What prep work\rough-in should be done before the building goes up?
  • Can i add supply lines and drains after the slab is poured?
  • Whether I add the rough-in before the slab, or after, what measurements shoudl I be concerned with?

I hope all of this makes a little bit of sense to y'all.

Thanks in advance for your help and input.

I put in the toilet plumbing before the slab. This way I didn't have to break out concrete later. You can do the same for the shower. You can tie the vent line in to a sink. So plan that bath now.

Supply water line can be added in later unless you have a frost line. Then put in a sleeve for water in the slab.

It would make for a cleaner job to do your rough-in prior to pouring the slab. You can leave them stubbed off and cap above floor level and the same outside until you are ready. While you are at it do the same for power and another for low voltage (phone, cable, internet and ect)
