Thanks for all of the info, especially about the vapor barriers!
Just emailed the builder, and have decided on the walls. Going 4' block with 8' 2x6 stick. I have almost 2' of fall anyway, and can raise my grade up a bit more front to back to get the water away faster, and will decide on vapor barrier soon. This 4+8 helps me as far a grade is concerned, and I will dress it up with lick and stick later on.
