Hey Guys - long time lurker, a few posts maybe over that time. I have a new build planned, or I should say, being planned, for this summer.
A 40' width x 30 depth', 1/2 will be for garage space and the other half a shop and hangout. Second floor attic, internal stairs, 12 foot ceiling, 18 feet between kneewalls.
I'm pretty stoked, coming from a small shanty with limited space. I'll be looking for advice as to heating, maybe some of your thoughts as to landscaping. I've watch many builds and remodels here of every type, all skillfully done. I'm looking forward to the experience.
