New build - finally finished, and the overhead hoist

My new (and last) shop is underway at our retirement home at the lake. 30x40x12 with a 6/12 pitch, 20x30 loft, and an I-beam for a one ton hoist and trolley. Windows across the back for a view of the lake.

49 inches of drop from front to back. This is a private lake with about 20 cabins or homes. Only 5 are full time residences. It is a no wake lake managed for fishing. Lake record bass is 14.5 pounds. Also stocked with crappie, bluegill, and catfish. It is managed by a retired state Parks and Wildlife biologist. I have always wanted to live on a lake. Now is the time. I'll retire next month most likely.

Just about to wrap up this build. Front drive should have poured this morning. Overhead door goes in Monday. Ceiling got double insulation for future AC.
