New Build

Greetings to everyone,
We are new to this forum and are looking for some advice on heating/cooling an attached garage.
We are actually building a new home, the final home, and along with it will come an attached 4 car garage, roughly 1400SQF of garage space.
I've seen the 220Volt Davidson, 25K BTU heaters that seem to work well for heating so wiring the garage for 220V can be part of the plan but what about cooling?
Would it be better to have a 2 zone set-up, Home and Garage?
The walls will of course be finished...insulated and dry wall.
Any advice would be appreciated.

What level of insulation? A mini split or two will heat and cool and be much cheaper to operate than resistance heat. Most local not being serviced by hydroelectric resistance electric heat is typically the most expensive form of heat.

If a new build and natural gas or lp available I would at least have it plumbed to the garage as an option.
