Just getting ready to start a garage floor business. Did not realize that local governments require a "painters license" to work in PSL Florida. Looking for any and all help in where to buy products and best concrete machines. Some inside tips on application would be appreciated. Watched several other people do garage floors and all did different ways. Getting ready to do my own in a few weeks.

big difference doing yours and doing someone else's....and dealing with the "Public" especially where subjective is the name of the game, and they expect perfection or "want their money back".

If I were you, I would work for a flooring company and experience the whole process, day after day for a few months, and what it takes to succeed.

Know your contract, have it checked by an attorney and include a statement of work and a clause that all of this depends on the quality and installation of the concrete. You are sharp on concrete and how it is finished and ...??
