Hello all, Names Rob, from Cherry Valley Ca, found the site from some of my 4x4 friends, build Toyota Landcruisers and Minis and I am closing escrow on a new home with 5 spaces of garage and 2300sf of steel shop, all a blank slate to build my fab space.

Thinking low bay lighting, various electrical and some nice flooring..........

Pretty much what I thinking, after we get the house and yard cleaned up, REO it will be a fun project, all the conduit is in place for a 100Amp meter and all my toys currently sitting at three houses. Looking for steel shelving from warehouse supply places for storing most of my parts. Then a fab and repair shop.
