Started prep work for my concrete last Friday
Pour is suppose to start tomorrow (Monday morning) I was walking around inside last night and making a map of where I had dug out my two boxes for my lift, looked around and was wondering how do you guys protect walls from concrete possibly splashing up on wall when its poured?? Im thinking about heading to Lowes and getting another roll of vapor barrier and just stapling it to bottom board and up the wall. Then, when concrete is cured, just cut off excess flush with top of pad?? Any thoughts???? I dont want to have to scrape off concrete off the side of walls..any suggestions as to what you guys have done is appreciated! Also, my concrete guy is sealing it as part of the job, but should i seal again after he is done? What are some good sealers out there for the money? Thanks..here is a pic of progress so far!!
