New concrete pad, sealer? Help!

I know it has been discussed a lot BUT I have read a lot in search and am still confused. Here is the deal, very SIMPLY my only goal is to seal the concrete in some way so it does not get stained easily with motor oil. The slab was just finished today and it will be a working auto repair shop. I do NOT WANT EPOXY. I do not care about any curing qualities unless it is to achieve my goal of reducing staining. My home garage soaks up oil like a sponge and is all stained, I do not want this in my new shop.
PLEASE someone try to give me a simple one application product that will achieve my goal if it exists. Thanks in advance for your help.

For ease of application and cost Aus-50 aliphatic urethane will give you the protection from stains and offers good chemical resistance. About .28 a sq. ft. for one coat on a smooth floor.

Thanks, will it hold up well in a working shop? I don't want some type of product that "sits on top" of the concrete. I want something that will soak into the concrete.
Also, how important/beneficial is it to apply it right away after pouring? I will definataly do it before we start working on cars.

The perfect no maintenance free coating hasn't been invented yet. If you are wanting a penetrating sealent it wont hold up to stains. gene

You want a densifer with waterproofing agent. It is not a silver bullet but will make what you have better without a coating to worry about.

It will help to limit absorption vs unprotected. Only a topical product will put the barrier in place to stop the stain from occurring.

Yeah, I have decided to not do anything for about 30 days. I guess there is no magic product like I was looking for. The Kure-N-Seal would have cost me about $400/$500 for the 1500 sf and if it doesn't stop stains then it is not worth it to me. I really don't understand the purpose of paying that much to "cure" the concrete when time will do it for free. I am not going to be moved in for over 30 days anyway.

It slows water transmission. A densifier will do the same.
The thought process is slowing the water from leaving the slab reduces cracking issues.
