New Construction Garage Question

Hello all, building a new house with an 1110 sq ft garage with 12' ceilings! The back part of the tandem garage I plan on walling off and making that my wood shop. A couple questions, what should I do for lighting, currently the builder is only showing one 4' fixture over each car and one in the shop area. I know this isnt enough. What lights is everyone using, and how many? I do some auto detailing, woodworking, projects...

Also, where would you place the utility sink?

I'd leave the utility sink where it's drawn on the plans. It's between the cars, and close to plumbing.

Agreed on it is in a good location because of the other laundry sink
if you think it is in the way maybe put it in a recess by taking a little out of the WIC ?
