New Construction - Sealer under Free Flow Tiles?

I'm going to be installing Free Flow tiles in the garage of a new house. Do I need to do a sealer on the concrete before installing the tiles?

We suggest TrueLock B4 for new concrete where no sealer has ever been applied. Not a requirement but a very good idea. It will not stop oil stains. If oil stains are a major concern we would suggest a densifier followed by Ghostshield 8510
